• System Performance Data: To provide the optimization service, our software accesses non-identifying data about your hardware (CPU, GPU, RAM) and OS status (running processes, registry keys). This data is processed locally on your machine and is used exclusively to apply your chosen optimizations.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Service Maintenance: We use your email for authentication and your user ID to manage your profile (Premium status, settings).
• Product Improvement: Anonymized and aggregated performance data may be used internally to enhance our optimization profiles and improve compatibility across different hardware configurations.
• Communication: We may use your email to send critical account notifications, security alerts, or important software updates.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We only share strictly necessary data with our service providers:

• Supabase: For secure storage of authentication tokens and profile information (`is_premium`).
• Payment Processors (e.g., Whop/Stripe): To verify the status of your software license.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. Since QuO operates at the Windows kernel level to apply optimizations, we strongly recommend utilizing the built-in **Automatic Restore Point** feature before implementing any changes.
