• You have utilized the free version and documentation to ascertain the suitability of the software for your needs.

3. Exceptions (None)

We do not offer exceptions to this policy based on:

• Dissatisfaction with the performance gains (e.g., "I expected more FPS").
• Technical issues caused by third-party software, conflicting drivers, or user modifications.
• System instability, as the software is provided with a functional "Automatic Restore Point" feature, which the user is responsible for utilizing.
• Change of mind after purchase.
