By accessing and using the QuO software, you agree to be bound by these **Terms of Service**. Please read these terms carefully before using our software. These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica.

1. Software License and Use

QuO Software Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and install the QuO software ("Software") on your personal computer (PC) for your use. This license is subject to the terms of your purchase (Free or Premium).

• Personal Use: The Software is intended strictly for personal, non-commercial use.
• Prohibitions: You may not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Software. You may not use the Software for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.

2. System Modifications and Risk

The QuO Software performs modifications to the Windows operating system configuration, including changes to the Registry and Services. By using the Software, you acknowledge that:

• You are aware of the nature of the Software and **assume all responsibility and risk** for its use.
• QuO Software Inc. is **not liable for damage or instability** caused by the use of the Software, although an **Automatic Restore Point** feature is offered to mitigate risks.
• It is your ultimate responsibility to back up your system before using the Software.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

To access certain features (such as Premium status or cloud configuration), you must register an account using third-party authentication (e.g., Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is." QuO Software Inc. offers no warranties that the Software will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, or be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuO Software Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **Costa Rica**. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Costa Rica.
